藍綠兩黨近日陷入地皮口水戰，民進黨主席蔡英文還為此動怒，朱立倫競選辦公室發言人徐巧芯今(14)天再度質疑，?蔡英文的15筆土地到底是何時賣掉的?？
徐巧芯指出，民進黨最近的新聞稿很酷。除了坪數兩個不同版本以外，連這15筆土地到底是何時出售，民進黨都可以在兩天之內有不同的版本。
她指出，連元龍律師12日說是6月售出的，隔天，王閔生卻改口說是4月賣掉。到底誰說的是對的？
徐巧芯說，各位可能很好奇，為何民進黨需要來扯這個謊？到底想要迴避什麼？蔡英文如果是在86年6月賣掉，適用的是85年公告現值，很可能就是要逃避增值稅。「只有炒地皮的專家才會這樣操作」。
「因為不到一個月以後，土地公告現值就調熱門商品整了，蔡英文可以用較低的公告現值繳稅，但公告現值並不等於市價，當時售出的市價卻已經是高的了。『所以就賺更多了』」。
徐巧芯說，如果真的有「高人指點」，就有可能事前得知這15塊地的公告現值會調漲。如果真的有這樣的「避稅」法寶，到底合不合乎民眾對總統候選人的道德標準？
她指出，蔡英文曾說，台灣不能變成炒作天堂。可是如果炒作台灣土地的人，就是她們蔡氏家族呢？如果能證明蔡家沒有炒地皮，應該要自己出來解釋才對。
「只有拿出當時的憑證，才能真正知道究竟是何時出售的，是誰說了謊。總有一個人說的是錯的。」徐巧芯還表示，至於為什麼要扯這個謊？是有心還是無意？這真的只有蔡英文親自出面說明，大家才能夠明白了。
